Do you need some motivation to keep you going? 03:05

I usually count myself as being one of those who need to renew their motivations from time to time… sometimes I start doing some list of stuff to keep me going, but it just cannot stick with me for long!

On few days ago, I was thinking of some ways that might help us in sticking to our goals no matter what happens! So, I kept on searching over such easy tips to try and I have come up with some ideas that can be tried! I myself really like it, and I thought of sharing what I grasped with you here…

In a basic way, we try to come up with a list of few important things that can be accomplished in a week, and then mark the stuff that we have accomplished. At the end of the week, we review what has been done. Then save the paper and come up with another important list for the following week, and mark the stuff that has been accomplished and take out the saved paper to compare it with the current one…

I have started to do this attempt, and I feel much better than before…

Ok I’ll give you an example related to weight loss motivation or dieting motivation! Let say, on Monday you do some jogging, on Wednesday you do some crunches, and on Friday you do some yoga and at the same time, you keep on following a diet regimen! So, keep on marking the stuff that you have accomplished, and then save the paper and come up with a new stuff to be accomplished on the following week. Then make a comparison…
