Never underestimate the water power ever… water is the most essential element that should be taken regularly… we can drink bottled water, or you can use water filters, besides, we have to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday ,and the majority of us usually get tired and hate the idea of getting ourselves to the restroom every half an hour… however, I have learnt that getting regularly to the restroom is very important to flush the liquids in our body and water helps very much in activating the kidney as well… besides, when your body gets use to the water, you will not have problems in getting interruptions leading to the restroom… so, you just need to be patient in the beginning for the sake of a healthy kidney as well as other body elements… besides, water helps very much in flatting the stomach as water helps to lose weight...
